Services range from full structural drawings for approved architectural designs, review of existing structures and small commercial concrete structures and include:
Initial Site Visit for feasibility (free for project within 20 miles of Fort Collins or Buena Vista)
Single Site Visit to collect information
Draft plan for client review of foundation and framing plans, associated structural details and notes
Structural calculations
Stamped permit drawings

Construction Management can range from project feasibility, permitting process or full construction management for new build or remodel managing all sub contractors. Rates for this service vary depending on level of service.
