    • An Initial Site Visit for feasibility assessments, which is complimentary for projects located within 20 miles of either Fort Collins or Buena Vista.

    • A Single Site Visit where we collect essential information relevant to the project.

    • The drafting of plans for client review, which includes foundation and framing plans along with associated structural details and notes.

    • Comprehensive structural calculations to ensure safety and compliance.

    • Stamped permit drawings that meet regulatory requirements for permit submission.

  • Project Management can encompass a wide range of activities, including comprehensive project feasibility assessments, budget development, plat map research or surveying, civil engineering coordination, or efficiently navigating the permitting process.
